this hotel was just a gorgeous disaster. I didn't receive any housekeeping during my 7 nights, which is utterly ridiculous. the breakfast options were a joke, not even enough for a king like me! and can you believe I didn't get a complimentary upgrade or gift? I almost left a good review but just couldn’t.
